The workout industry is often associated with fads and fashion; however, we at Quest Fitness have made a name for ourselves by focusing on the health and wellbeing of our members.

Quest Fitness -- formerly Body Works and Powerhouse -- has been operational since 1989. We began our journey with our main location in North Jackson and shortly after we expanded to the communities of South Jackson and Ridgeland. We are a premier gym catering to Jackson, Mississippi and surrounding areas.

Our success stems from our commitment to understanding and meeting the distinct needs of each community we serve. With our wide highly trained staff, we provide fun and effective workout options to members of all ages and interests. We recognize that a healthy society depends on the well being of all those it encompasses.
